FAQs!

1) Where are you?
I'm at Yellowstone National Park!

2) Where is that?
Well, I'm glad you asked! Yellowstone is located in the northwestern corner of Wyoming, and borders Montana and Idaho. Can't really picture that? No problem, I couldn't either at first. Here's a Google map:

3) What are you doing there?
I am working as a Reservations Sales Agent for Yellowstone National Park.

4) What is that?
Basically there are several inns/ hotels throughout Yellowstone. In order to book a room, guests need to book their rooms online, or via phone. My job is the latter.

5) Where will you live? What will you eat?
I'll live in a dorm setting with a roommate or two, and have cafeteria-style meals .

6) Aren't you a little old for that?
Nah. You're never too old. ;)

7) Will you keep singing?
Of course! In fact, I have a concert at The Crossings in Colonie on August 19th. In addition, I'll be singing while hiking on trails to alert grizzly bears of my presence.

8) What do you hope to gain from this experience?
Simplistic living, clarity, the ability to run and hike well at high elevations, and all while enjoying every minute of it. ;)

9) Will you see trolls at Yellowstone?
Hopefully. Nothing is more adventurous than seeing a troll.

  1. OMG! This is too funny! If you find a troll you better bring him home with you (or at least get a picture). :)

  4. I am proud of you as always. You may want to warm up your voice at the dorm, you wouldn't want you to agitate an old cranky grizz!
The elk smelling the trailer hitch was after the grease smeared on the underside of the hitch.
